Teambuilding originated with outdoor activities Catalyst took this one stage further and created outdoor events that incorporated many of the skills of the work environment but without the need to go totally outward bound. Any venue that has grounds is suitable. Participants can have fun in the fresh air but in a non threatening way and stay within their abilities and comfort zones.

re-entry back to earth. But what works and who in your group knows the best solution? At the same time bet against the
